CREW MEMBERS: Please note your arrival day is Wednesday, January 21st for CREW ONLY events prior to the start of the main event.
Cancellation Policy: • You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund minus credit card or processing fees up to 60 days prior to the event. • Cancellations made between 59 and 45 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund, minus credit card or processing fees. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 45 days before the event. • This is a rain or shine event, and most activities will be held indoors. No weather-related cancellations will be granted. Lodging Information: • This ticket does not include your RV site or cabana at Camp Margaritaville Auburndale. • After completing your purchase, you will be provided with a reservation form to secure your stay at the discounted group rate. • You are responsible for making and maintaining your reservation directly with the campground. • Camp Margaritaville Auburndale has its own cancellation policies, which are separate from this event. Please review them carefully.Liability & Medical Release • You participate in this event at your own risk and are responsible for your own health and safety. • Today is Someday (P&S Farley, LLC), Millers in Motion, LLC, Camp Margaritaville Auburndale, or 192 Productions are not liable for any injury, illness, death, or damages during the event. • No insurance coverage (medical, health, liability, or disability) is provided by the event organizers. • You agree to follow all rules and policies set by the event organizers and Camp Margaritaville Auburndale. • In case of a medical emergency, you authorize treatment and agree to cover any related expenses. • You grant permission for your image (photo or video) to be used by Today is Someday for promotional purposes.
